Since 2013 the Feesable website has used a new address namely and Correspondents were required to use a new version of the Feesable software.  Over 500 correspondents have transferred over to the new system and the old system has been decommissioned.

If you haven`t used the Feesable system since the upgrade you will need to re-register and install the new software both of which can be done using this site.  There is no charge for the upgrade.

Registration for the new system is quick and easy. Select `Register` from the Use your e-mail address as the new Username. The approval of your registration will be made by one of the P and I Clubs so you will need to select a familiar Club to authorise your request. When the club has authorised your request you will be sent an e-mail with your new password.

Welcome to Feesable™

What is Feesable?

Through the use of a standard invoice format and internet based delivery service,  the Feesable system enables suppliers to submit their fees and disbursements quickly and efficiently regardless of the Club for which they are acting or where they are located.
is an initiative of the International Group of P&I Clubs (IG) that aims to improve the processing of supplier invoices.

Why is Feesable needed?

Before the introduction of Feesable, suppliers entrusted their non-standard invoices to the world wide postal/courier systems which was costly, unreliable and gave no indication to the supplier as to when they might expect settlement.

Who can use Feesable?

Feesable is a service of the International Group of P&I Clubs (IG) provided to Correspondents, Lawyers and other suppliers.

How much does it cost to use?

It is provided free of charge to registered users.
